Our senior leadership program is designed to equip our students with foundational leadership skills, foster a sense of responsibility, and provide opportunities for personal growth within the school community. Through a blend of classroom sessions, experiential activities, and community projects, the program encourages students to recognise their strengths, practise leadership in a supportive environment, and develop essential skills such as teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making. Throughout the year, students are given opportunities to lead by example, reflect on their experiences, and celebrate their achievements. The Aspire Higher program, delivered in partnership with Unleashing Personal Potential, is designed to ignite and develop the leadership potential within every student. Through a dynamic blend of workshops, interactive activities, and reflective exercises, Aspire Higher challenges students to step outside their comfort zones, set ambitious goals, and discover their unique strengths as emerging leaders.
