Records Management
Request to Access Information
This process applies to all requests for access to records or information of a former student, regardless of whether the request is submitted by the former student, a parent/guardian or an external agency.
The following form must be completed to ensure that Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) meets its obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles and must be read in conjunction with the Privacy policy and Privacy procedure. BCE Records Management Service is available to facilitate this process on behalf of schools on request.
