For Prep and Year 1 students arriving late or leaving early, parents must collect a ticket from the front office before taking their child to or collecting them from the classroom.

Supervision before and after school - No supervision of children in the school grounds is provided before 8:00am or after 3.10pm
Parents should be aware of the risks of allowing children to arrive at school before adult supervision is available. We encourage parents to use the services of our Outside School Hours Care where possible.
Our Pick-Up and Drop-Off Zone operates in the Parish car park. Staff supervise this area and assist students moving in and out of cars. Supervision in this area concludes at 3:10pm, at which point children will need to be collected from the Office.

School bus stops are supervised on Arther St in front of St Edmunds College and on Elizabeth St in front of the church. All Students accessing the bus stops on Arther St are asked to meet the supervising teacher outside the front office on Mary St and walk as a group around the cul-de-sac to Arther St. We discourage older students walking themselves and siblings to the bus stop without the support of the supervising teacher.

  • We do not supervise the bus stops across from the church on Elizabeth St.
  • We do not supervise children on Timothy Molony oval.

Tuckshop - The St Mary’s Primary School Tuckshop operates daily for first break. Parents must order lunch for their child if they wish to buy lunch from the tuckshop. Second break snacks can be purchased with cash when open.
